CIS operates under a structured governance framework consisting of a Board of Directors and Senior Academic Leadership.

The Board provides strategic oversight and financial accountability.
The Principal/Director manages academic operations and personnel.
Department Heads are responsible for curriculum delivery and quality assurance.

3. Admissions Policy

CIS welcomes students of all nationalities, backgrounds, and abilities, provided they meet the minimum academic and language proficiency requirements.

Admission is granted based on academic records, age placement, and a formal interview.

Priority enrollment may be given to siblings and children of faculty.
